NZ Athlete Set

Someone, somewhere labeled these photos as being of Aaron Jarmon, the New Zealand kitesurfer, who is seen here competing in the Annual Outrigger Beachfest on the north coast of Oahu,* according to one of the readers of WetSpeedos (see Eric's comment below; I had thought this was an Aussie Surf Carnival, but Eric kindly corrected me.)

If anyone knows if this is Aaron Jarmon, please let me know. Google was no help on this score. I do believe these photos were taken by AussieSurferGuy Dave Evans, as they are signed 'SwimDave '97'.

A few of these images just appeared on a new Blogger blog, Fit Sports Men, which I just added to the links list. They reminded me I had other photos of this same athlete, so here we are.

Diana Swimwear #2 - Oleg Lisogor

One of those brave Diana-wearing swim peacocks I referred to in the previous post is Ukrainian Oleg Lisogor, one of the most beautiful men to ever don a pair of swim tights. Diana is the official supplier to the Ukrainian swim team.

Finneye took the first and final two images here in Helsinki in 2006 for Outsports.com. The second and third images were taken by a very fine swimming photographer, Enyo15, who has three portfolios of competition images here. One previous WetSpeedos posting from February 2008 of Enyo15's photos from Berlin can be found here.

Enyo15 says that the swimmer in the red and blue British Diana tights in the foreground of image two below is American swimmer Ed Moses. That's Oleg in the water.

Diana Swimwear #1

Some of the bravest peacocks of the swim world -- most of them Europeans -- wear jammers, leggings and full suits by the Italian company, Diana Swim. I love not only their vibrant color palettes, but also the low slung cut of their leggings and jammers. The men who wear them aren't too bad either.

Most of these photos were taken by Finneye for Outsports.com in Helsinki at the 2006 European Short Course Swimming Championships. If you haven't visited these extensive galleries, then I recommend you click here. Finneye has a nice Flickr gallery as well.

One of these images was published here in my previous blog post from Finneye's Outsports.com galleries. These are the first wallpapers I've published from Finneye's work. I've got a lot more ready to post.

New Mutual Link - DeBriefMe4FunAgain

The second iteration of DeBriefMe4Fun, one of my favorite male undies-speedo blogs on Blogger, was the latest new mutual link, as of March 30, just before I left on my most recent trip.

DeBriefMe4FunAgain is the most prolific blogger I've yet encountered. It's not unusual for him to post 20 separate entries in any given day, each of them hot and themed differently. He is so prolific, in fact, that he filled up the alotted memory on his previous blog, DeBriefMe4Fun, in six months. That blog is is still available as an archive.

Speedos and competitive swimmers, waterpolo players and divers are a frequent subject. There is some artful and playful nudity, and some bulges. He also keeps an eye on the gay blogosphere and generously posts about blogs he likes. Here is the posting he did on WetSpeedos on March 30.

Janet Evans Meets #4 - More Jammers & Tights
